    Love the products if only I had received them. The package was addressed to me but the invoice and product inside was for a customer in Florida. I’ve been trying to get my order since 9/28/23. Still hasn’t happen

    Order this product. Received an email that it had been shipped. The next day I received another email that this item had been refunded. I reached out to the company to ask why and never received a response.

    Unfortunately I don’t like the new pencil. I just lost $70 Canadian dollars. 😞

    Don’t like the new revised eyebrow pencil. Update your website showing the
    New revised one. I’m not happy! The new pencil is not what I ordered. Waste of money because I’m not using this pencil. It doesn’t work like the one I used in the past.

    I received a totally different product. Was supposed to be the pencil pictures but I received one that pushes up. I’ve never had this issues before, I’m not sure what happened.
