RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We want you to be totally satisfied with your order, however we understand if a product doesn’t work out.

ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN OR EXCHANGE
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please email contact@thebrowgal.com within 14 days of delivery, for a return authorization. 

Please note, returns will only be accepted for unused items and in the condition in which you received it. Once your return is received, it will be inspected and you will be immediately notified. There will be a $4.99 return fee for shipping. 

We cannot take returns on products not bought online at www.thebrowgal.com.
